Three things, nightly.

Cleanse twice.
The first cleanse removes the day. The second actually cleans. Use the gentlest cleanser your barrier will tolerate.

Hydrate before anything else.
Hyaluronic on damp skin, not dry. Wait sixty seconds. Then layer your active or moisturiser on top.
- iii.
Seal it in.
A pea-sized amount, pressed in with the heel of your hands: never rubbed.
