Retinol is a Vitamin A derivative that must first convert to retinoic acid before it can be useful to the skin.
*The delivery system used is the cyclodextrin delivery system where the host molecule is the cyclodextrin and the guest molecule is the retinol.
*Controlled release of retinol allows for a greater and more prolonged bio-availability of the retinol over a period of time, with an increase in activity but less irritation.
* Once applied to the skin, the retinol is gradually released due to the controlled release property of the cyclodextrin system.
Application - PM use only, apply a small amount after cleansing followed moisturisers
